I’m the Founder of The Rosey Life, and I’m here to help you see that creating the life you want isn’t as complicated as it might seem.

Sure, I’ve got the degrees to back me up and years of studying metaphysics and psychology, but the real game-changer was learning how to actually apply it all to my own life. After over 12 years as a psychotherapist and now several years as a coach, trust me—I’ve heard every “my situation is different and impossible” story out there. And guess what? It’s not impossible.

I grew up in an immigrant family with a single mom who worked hard and prayed even harder. She dreamed big but got caught in the struggle, and I watched that light in her fade over time. I couldn’t understand how someone so vibrant could lose their hunger for life.

I went to church religiously (pun intended), thinking God was like a cosmic vending machine: put in a prayer, out pops the answer. When that didn’t pan out, I gave up on the whole concept and started searching for a different way.

One thing my mom did teach me was to GO FOR IT—all of it! But seriously, why did chasing your dreams have to feel like climbing a mountain barefoot?

That question drove me to dive deep into psychology and metaphysics. I started with the mind, studying it for over a decade, and then shifted to the “meta”—the stuff that’s harder to explain with logic but no less real. At first, the woo-woo spiritual stuff didn’t resonate. I’m practical. But when I discovered how logic and spirituality actually intersect, everything clicked.

And you know what? It got easy.

The Rosey Life is my third successful business, and it’s all about helping people around the world realize that you already have what it takes. It’s not about pushing some magical vending machine button or struggling endlessly to prove you deserve it. It’s about shifting your mindset and unlocking what’s already inside you.
